I need some advice and I am panicking a lot!
This is my first pregnancy I am about 6 weeks along. I started bleeding yesterday and it was old blood, not much at all. I called 111 and spoke to a nurse and she said it could be implantation bleeding...
today I have woken up and there is red blood in the toilet when I wee, and blood when I wipe. But then not much is filling a small pad and it looks brown.
Does this sound like a miscarriage? I have no cramping, and my breasts still feel sore.
I have also taken two pregnancy tests whilst bleeding and both of them have shown a very clear line.
Does anyone have any positive stories regarding this? I haven't spoken to a midwife yet and don't think I can have an early scan this soon?
