Two weeks ago i had brown light spotting for two days when period was due, took a pregnancy test this week and was a faint line there. Took another one a day after and it was even more fainter?? But noticeable. This morning i wiped after going to the toilet and had pink discharge. Since then ive had nothing, but also been having cramps in lower belly and aching body, boobs have been hurting and aching back, also feeling lightheaded and feeling sickly but not been sick, can anyone help??
