Early pregnancy worries - lower back ache, cramps, spotting

I’m probably symptom spotting, expecting something to go wrong, and I genuinely feel crazy but I can’t help worrying about every little change.

Last week I had such sharp abdominal cramps, that after speaking the EPU they sent me for an early scan and all looked well. Apparently it could be my IBS, but we saw it was in the right place and a heartbeat so I was reassured and excited.

Until I started to get backache and cramps this week, and started thinking I was about to lose. It eased off and I had a good couple of days.

The night before last, I was so stressed and anxious and felt different but couldn’t explain how. Yesterday I woke up feeling sick, and threw up, then went to work but continued to have stomach cramps and backache. I ended up coming home early and having a 3 hour nap, hoping my symptoms would ease. When I woke up I still had pains. Later in the evening, I went to the toilet and wiped and it was yellow with what looked like the smallest amount of spotting but when I asked my partner to look he could only see yellow (sorry partner!).

Woke up this morning with the same spotting - it has since disappeared, but it is still sometimes yellow when I wipe. I am struggling with going to the toilet, and it feels like a constant pressure, and sometimes it’s worse when I sit on the toilet for a long time.

I’ve continued to have lower back ache, and cramps, and I’m so worried.

I have another scan booked in tomorrow, but it’s so difficult to not think the worst. I think I’m around 6 weeks and 3 days today.

Sorry for the long post, not really sure what I’m looking for, maybe if anyone has got any advice or similar experiences?
