Bump sore and rock hard

30 weeks and bump has been SO uncomfortable today, now on painful side. It’s rock hard and really quite painful. Movement is okay. Is this normal? Baby feels sooo low...

Sound like braxton hicks to me.

My first DD used to tighten a lot. We called her the peanut. It was mostly in the bath. Practice contractions I think. She’s now 18. Good luck and relax.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks to me as well, I've been getting the same for a few weeks now (29 weeks), and sometime it can be really uncomfortable. Relax and drink plenty. If you're worried give your midwife/unit a wee shout.

Coming up for 32 weeks and having exactly the same.. it feels like this baby is trying to push its way out through my stomach! Really tight and uncomfortable :( never had anything like this with my first. You are not alone! Hope it eases up soon for you x
