Hi all

Has anyone ever been pregnant but not had a positive test until quite far on?

My period is 9 days late, but all tests are negative. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms like I did with my daughter. I got a positive result before my period was due with her!

I've also got no pms symptoms and I usually suffer bad.

I did with my second. I missed my period and took a test and it was negative. At the time I was on medication so went to doctors to double check as medication wasnt safe to take in pregnacy. I also took a test at doctors which was negative, BUT due to this medication which was apparently a no no in pregnacy, doctor took a blood test to be extra safe as I was sure I was pregnant (no nausea but I just knew), and results came back a week later showing I was indeed pregnant. At the time the doctor also told me that the digital tests are more sensitive at picking up earlier levels of pregnancy hormones and I did leave the doctors that day and go and buy a digital. I wanted to know ASAP as I felt nervous about this medication I was on. The digital one was positive. So long story short, yes you can get a negative test. And if you havent already, I'd try and digital test... or wait a bit longer if you can.
