Currently 6 weeks pregnant. And I seem to be getting really bad dizziness! Is this normal? How can I make it easier? It seemed to go away a bit earlier and I felt a bit better but feeling worse again!

I had this, it was caused by low blood pressure. Drinking lots of water helped, but didn't eliminate the problem

You could try travel sickness pills from the doc? Some are OK in pregnancy.. I suffer with vertigo (when not pregnant) and rely quite heavily on Sturgeron. Not sure if safe in pregnancy but I know some are!

Otherwise, keep hydrated. I often get a vertigo attach when I haven’t drink enough in the day. Nibble on something sugary & make sure to eat a balanced meal if you feel well enough.

Dizziness is horrible. I hate it as there’s just no escape. Even laying down the room spins. Hope you feel much better soon!

Probably low blood pressure. I am now in my third trimester and still have bad days. Last two days I have been especially bad and have had to go lie down for a couple of hours (have low bp anyway and pregnancy really really makes it much worse).
