Sweep

Hi all,

I had a sweep yesterday afternoon and had some pretty awful stomach ache for the majority of the evening. By this morning it had all died off but I’ve just had some pink coloured discharge (not loads) after going to the loo and the cramps are starting to return (albeit not as bad as last night) has anyone experienced this before?

In sweep I was 1cm dilated, posterior cervix, medium and 2cm cervix length (which I researched to mean it wasn’t hopeful that I’d go into labour any time soon!)

Hi i got a sweep at 39 weeks and the day after i went into labour ..early labour lasted 3 days but second sweep kickstarted things and i went from 1cm to 6cm within hours x
