Does anyone else feel as if pregnancy is like a constant hangover? I’m 26w and constantly have a vague headache from tiredness, feel sick, can’t choose foods, bit sweaty, irritable and over emotional! It’s exactly like a hangover but with none of the fun of the night before and a toddler to chase around. Seriously, someone send help! 🤢😂😭

Yup I totally felt like that with both my pregnancies. Has put me of alcohol!

Absolutely 😂
The best parts are thinking you've reached the peak of it and then it comes back

Yep! That's exactly how I felt with my first. Just waiting for it to start with number 2.

Yes I've been saying this to my husband for weeks and weeks! As a previous poster said, it's put me off alcohol as I can't imagine voluntarily feeling like this!

VapeVamp12 · 30/07/2019 10:27

Lol I've thought this too! I wake up with dry mouth and a bit of a headache most days, just like when I used to have a mild hangover!

Definitely more emotional too!

Yup I’m 14 weeks and feel like I’ve been hungover for two months. It’s awful!

owlofathena · 30/07/2019 10:42

Yep! This is what I keep saying to my husband. I asked for a mcdonalds for dinner the other night because it used to be my hangover food and it actually worked to make me feel better

Baby2nov2019 · 30/07/2019 12:09

Haha so glad it’s not just me feeling like this!

Yes! All of the pain, none of the fun 😂 a hangover is how I describe it to DH and anyone who's never been pregnant. So much respect for anyone who does this more than once, this is my first and I'm anyway thinking one is enough!
