I dont feel 'right'

14 weeks pregnant with third baby. Over the weekend I've feel unwell, exhausted but I cant put my finger on why I feel unwell.
Yesterday I started to get pains across the top of my stomach and bottom of my ribs to right hand side.
I'm struggling to get a proper full breath.
I've taken today off work. I feel really unwell .
I spoke to midwife this morning who says it doesn't sound pregnancy related but to see my gp.

Has anyone else felt like this?

Not quite as bad as you, but I've been having real sternum pain over the weekend, (currently 10 weeks), which has been more painful on taking a deep breath.

The midwives this morning talked about pulmonary embolism which can be a pregnancy thing (please google the symptoms to see if they match as it's super dangerous), otherwise deferred to the GPs.
