9 weeks and feeling something on one side of my stomach

I have been feeling like a small ball inside my stomach for the past 4-5days, but it's on the right side of my belly button just a bit lower down. It's more obvious when I bend forward or lay on my right side I feel the small amount of pressure. Is it normal to have this feeling on one side or should it be more in the middle? I am now worried about ectopic pregnancy but I am still on holidays so have no way of talking to my doctor for another few days. Anyone else feel this at 9 weeks or know if its normal?

I would probably say it's worth a trip to the gp. It's unlikely to be from ectopic, as that would be very very obvious by 9 weeks. It's also unlikely to be anything to do with your reproductive system (which is still tucked below your pelvis until at least 12 weeks).
