There’s so many options to look at - how did you choose?

I quite like the look of the ickle bubba v4 stomp and it’s on offer at the moment. However I’m hesitant to just get the first one I like, especially as I haven’t seen it in person.

What are you all going for or have bought?

We got the silver cross pioneer. We went and tried a few out but I had already seen it online and lived the style of it. We chose it because it’s so easy to switch the type of carrier and to collapse it and really nice to push around the shop. It is a bit heavier than I would like but I’m confident it is built well. It is a bit chunky but out car has a pretty big boot so didn’t have to worry about that. We don’t live in a city either and don’t tend to get trains etc so we didn’t need to consider easy of getting it on public transport or being more compact

Our checklist was -

Fits in the boot
Folds small and easily without removing wheels
Has carrycot option
Has a big hood
Seat is a true "lie flat" rather than a bucket type which lays back

We went with the Armadillo Flip XT from Mamas and Papas.

Go try some out, work out what you need from it eg does it need to be ok with bumpy roads? Small fold? Etc. Its the only thing i didnt research enough and bought a cheap one which i regret
