I'm only 13 weeks so didn't expect to be getting back pain already but I woke up about 5 days ago with lower back pain. Assumed I'd slept funny but it's continued. I've since moved to the spare room incase it's our bed (and persuaded DH now is the time to upgrade to the king size we've been talking about) but it's still no better.
I'm thinking of booking in for a massage although I know a lot of places are funny with pregnancy massage and it's much lighter. Or should I consider going to a chiropractor? I've never been to one before.
