22 weeks - arms and legs feel like jelly

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same? I’m just over 22 weeks with my 2nd. Over the last couple of days I’ve felt really weak.
This morning, all I have done is made breakfast and scrubbed a bathroom shelf (took seconds) and now my arms and legs feel like jelly, feel a bit sick and really out of breath.
I take a pregnacare supplement but it feels a bit early to be so exhausted! I’m going to call my midwife tomorrow and see what she says. Any suggestions gladly welcome in the meantime please x

I have felt like that in the (when not pregnant) and it’s been dehydration and/or low blood sugar? Or maybe it’s to do with the heat if it’s still quite warm by you still?

Definitely call the midwife though, to check, and if you feel any worse please call 111 xx

Is there a midwife triage number on your notes? I would call them today and see what they say. I have felt like this before and it turned out that my BP was high and I was low on electrolytes.

Thank you @Keyboard91 @blackcat86 I took your advice and went to triage rather than waiting until tomorrow. Turns out my blood pressure is in the lower range and my iron levels are dropping so need to take extra on top of my supplements. Thank you again ☺️
