I'm 15 weeks pregnant and still feeling pretty lethargic, meaning I spent most of time at work, then I come home, spend a bit of time on my laptop and then go to bed.

I know I could be going out and doing things but I just don't have the energy! This means I get REALLY bored and restless.

Anyone else feeling like this?! Confused

Yes! Not to mention, I can’t drink wine, which I love or eat some foods I love. Also, can’t do my favourite exercise classes either (jump, HIT etc). Don’t feel comfortable running either as it bothers belly. So it does get very boring! Also, I don’t sleep well, so I lack energy to do things. And I’ve got two dc already, so use my energy to come play w them and help them w basics (get ready, make their meals, bath, etc).

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and could not agree more!! I feel guilty because it’s supposed to be this magical time but I just keep feeling fed up that I’m not up for doing much. I’m also still struggling a bit with sickness which doesn’t help! I also really miss eating pate for some reason.Sad
So nice to see I’m not alone in this!

Yea, it can be frustrating not eating or doing what you want or feeling uncomfortable. I don’t feel great most afternoons. And don’t sleep well at all so that doesn’t help.

I know what you mean. I found weekday evenings to be a write-off mostly.

I usually could muster the energy for a walk even if it was the last thing I wanted to do, so I pre-warned my husband not to take no for an answer for an evening walk and it worked! I felt better to get some exercise, fresh air and no restlessness.

I also made loads of plans for weekends, because during the day I was feeling fine. Pilates, gym, spin, meeting friends, going out for lunch etc, then an early night Smile

Yes, I do the same in the evenings. I drag the kids out after dinner (sometimes they want to go as well). They play football or tennis while I throw the ball for the dog or join in with the kids. I want to start working out more frequently. But I just wish I could sleep well!! I get the crappiest sleep these days. Sucks. I miss when I was young and slept so well. So deeply no alarm would wake me!

Yes! Bored but then feel bad for being moany about it! Friends are all 'oh it'll so be worth it' and I'm not disputing that but really Friday nights are just not the same without wine!

Glad it's not just me! I feel like the most boring person ever at the moment - hopefully my energy levels will improve soon!!
