Waters breaking, show or nothing unusual? No pics

So about twenty minutes ago I stood up and there was a trickle of liquid. No popping sensation, but enough to run down leg. Also lots of mucus.

I have rang midwife and they asked me to put on pad and call back in an hour.

I really want these babies out! I'm 35+3 with twins which is early, but my section was booked for 36+4 so not too bad.

Afraid to get my hopes up

Not long to go Cosmo, you're on the final stretch. You're going to be pregnant for a maximum of another 8 days- you can do it!

I know! It's just so tough in this heatwave.

It's better for the twins to cook for another week anyway!

Good luck cosmogirl86 I'm 2 weeks behind you with twins and know exactly how tough it's been, especially this week in the heat! I've been trying to tell myself that it's better for them to be in longer. Not too much longer to go now!
