Hey ladies,
I've woken up this morning and my bump has gone down and my stomach feels like I've done about 5000 sit ups. Very tender and tense.
I have done no excercise
and only occasionally pick up my toddler however no more than any other regular day. I feel like my bodies gone through a mass work out over night. Anyone know why this is or how to relax the muscles in my stomach again?
