Hey ladies,

I've woken up this morning and my bump has gone down and my stomach feels like I've done about 5000 sit ups. Very tender and tense.

I have done no excercise Blush and only occasionally pick up my toddler however no more than any other regular day. I feel like my bodies gone through a mass work out over night. Anyone know why this is or how to relax the muscles in my stomach again?

Thank you in advance xxx

How far along are you? My stomach went really tense after i over did it in work, i sat down and drank loads of water! Your baby may have just moved positions though!x

Hi @Fluffyunicorn98 apologies I should of wrote that! I'm 20 weeks, I thought maybe I could go over done but however not really done much Hmm I used to be a dancer and my stomach feels the same this morning as it would of done years ago after a core training session!!

It's also DS2 so it's not my muscles stretching for the first time as DS1 is only 16 months😩 x

aaaaah this also happened to me at 20 weeks! (I say this like i'm a pro but in reality this is my first hahaha) even though you may think you haven't over done it, you may have! Get loads of fluid in you as it has been incredibly hot! That may ease the tightness? Other than that i'd just advise you to not worry about it (i also have a very tense stomach after sex or orgasms, not sure if either of them apply to you)! X

@Fluffyunicorn98 not st the minute I can't even face DTD.
Baby is quite clearly in my back as still no bump and I'm in agonising pain in my right hand lower back and the tops of my legs. Never experienced any of this with my first! Going to speak to my midwife this week and see if there's anything I can do for the back pain it's genuinely interrupting my day to day life I'm in constant agony
