Morning ladies
I have my 12 week scan this morning and I'm absolutely petrified that they'll tell me there's no heartbeat. Is it normal to feel this way? I had a scan at 7+4 and all was ok tell me I'm being paranoid

I think it's very common to feel anxious before scans. I hope the time goes quickly and you are reassured soon x

I felt the exact same when I had mine! It's totally normal. You will be absolutely fine. Especially as you had an early scan. Keep busy until the scan if you can. Enjoy x

To be honest I'm no worrying about the 20 week scan in 4 weeks! 🙈

Completely normal, I actually thought they'd tell me there is no baby, you've not been pregnant at all, it's all been in your head! When I think back now I laugh but it was a genuine worry at the time. Said baby is now almost 5 years old so it definitely wasn't in my head lol.

Thanks girls. Nice to know I'm not completely mental yet haha. Just got out of scan all ok. Relieved is an understatement
