I am 15.5 weeks. I was overweight when I feel pregnant after failing to lose baby weight of DC1. I have been so ill and tired this time I have lived off toast and just general crap. Like 2 breakfasts because I am STARVING an hour after the first Blush I haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks, I cant bear it, but I must have gained over a stone by now. I can see it on myself. My arms and thighs are wobbly. Worse in this heat as I feel so uncomfortable in summer clothing.

Please tell me the crap food ends.

Hopefully it should end soon!
Go easy on yourself if you've been feeling ill, I think the first trimester is just surviving and getting through. I lived on toast for 3 months and felt very flabby, things have settled through the second trimester thankfully!

Thanks. I guess I am just disappointed in myself. I feel very down in the dumps about it

I was just thinking last night about how I look like a massive bloated whale (32w) it got me really down, but remember being pregnant is temporary. Book some treats for yourself like nails and hair, I did it in the second trimester when I was feeling super unattractive and it gave me a nice little boost. I'm already planning on how to loose the weight when baby is here. X

I was identical to to you @Rubberyduck this pregnancy at the start! I had horrible morning sickness that only eased if I was eating (crap) and I had awful insomnia so had no energy to be active or cook healthy food and I gained 1 and a half stone in the first 4 months.
I went to the drs and was given tablets for the sickness which helped hugely! All of a sudden I started to feel better, started swimming a few times a week and eating better (still eating a lot! But healthier choices. Much easier when you don’t feel like crap all the time!) and I’ve actually lost 5lbs slowly over the last 5 months (I’m due next Friday).
If you’re still having sickness and it’s affecting you so negatively, definitely see your dr and see if they can help...? If your excessively tired you might need extra iron too (I did! And my energy levels went up after midwife prescribed me iron tablets).
Hopefully you’ll start to feel better soon Flowers
