Is in fact cephalic!

Had my scan this morning which shows head firmly down in pelvis, spine to the right and not perhaps so big as my previous 10lber.

Nothing feels any different so I do wonder if it was ever really breech. I guess midwives could do with x-ray vision at times.

Anyway all back on track for the home birth I'd planned. Can't wait

Hi ceolas, I remember you posting last time about the baby being breech. It caught my attention because you said you'd only had movements really low down. I'm the same, I've never had movement above a point about 2 inches below my tummy button. My gp and midwife are adamant that the baby is cephalic too, so I guess they're right. Perhaps I've got a pelvis like a bucket!! Great news you're getting the home birth you wanted!

thrilled for you !!! no need for moxi then? hope all goes well with the homebirth xxxx

Aw, brilliant news! Blimey, imagine if you'd turned it around to breech after the moxa . I def think a scan is the only way they can tell for sure. I went in a few weeks ago and the consultant said she was 90% sure the baby was now cephalic - then scanned to be sure and saw it was still breech. I think it's a bit tricky to tell via palpation.

Really pleased yours is behaving though x
