Hey everyone,
I'm new to this all so I hope you will help me out a bit.

I'm 18 weeks pregnant with my first babyyGrin but I'm a tad bit clumsy.

I'm already quite an anxious person but clumsy and anxious clearly don't mix well together(a disaster if u ask me).

Today I was carrying a tray full of my folders for work and I actually banged into a table with it. Got quite shaken up and then I realised it hit my lower side of the bump and bit lower too (sorry if this sounds tmi).

After this I've been a mess being overly panicking if the baby got hurt. I know at this point in my pregnancy baby is a bit lower town so I'm panicking. Please advise me !:(

I bumped my 19 week bump with a shopping trolley into a corner of a shelf in the supermarket yesterday. I worried too then decided it probably wasn't hard enough to do any damage. Baby is well cushioned in there. I did a bit of googling and it said to watch for the next 12 hours and if there's any blood, pain, or cramping to go in to hospital but it seems to be OK. I have my 20 week scan tomorrow so I guess I am lucky in having some reassurance to fall back on.. How hard do you think you hit your bump?

I think it felt pretty hard at the time and felt quite sore but I feel okay at the moment just a bit achy. My 20 week scan isn't until beginning of August, so I have some time. But thank you for the reassurance , I'm hoping baby didn't get bumped to hard inside.

Baby will be fine but it can be painful for you!

Ah yes most certainly was Confused but I'm more relieved if I'm in pain and little babe is ok haha
