Early pregnancy twin symptoms?

Hi there, I have a history of multiples, last 2 pregnancies were twins but vanishing twin occurred in both. I'm now pregnant with my final baby & part of me thinks it's twins...

I'm not due until Friday (26/07) & been getting positives since Monday on standard 25/ui tests.
I could tell just over a week ago by a certain feeling in my uterus after the big O (orgasm ha)! Thought maybe uti tbh cos thought obvs too soon!
Anyway, due date calculator puts me at 3 weeks 4 days - I'm incredibly nauseous, been weeing in the night for a week, absolutely starving every hour & feel someone has drained my soul.
I'm instantly pale & double breathing which means I'm anaemic - I've battled anaemia for many years (7 kids does that to you haha!!).
Basically wondering how everyone knew it was multiples themselves.
Is it possible to feel this much so early & it be one??

I'm 35, overweight (not fat), twins in the past, tall & multiple pregnancies (10 in total) so I'm defo more likely.

Thanks so much xxxx

strength of symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean it’s twins - every single mum with twins that I know hasn’t had any sickness or nausea and most didn’t even start showing until 24 weeks despite having had kids before. If you want to check might be a good idea to opt for a private scan from week 7.

I had all the same symptoms with my pregnancies, without ever having twins. I think my body is just very sensitive to the hormone changes.

That said, the fact you have a history of twins could make it more likely.

Yeah I think I will. Tbh I do feel worse this time round than the last 2 twin pregnancies. But very similar in terms of tiredness

Yeah I'm also very sensitive. That's good to know thanks.
My boobs aren't that sore which makes me think maybe more anaemic than anything

I'll update in a few weeks, so many posts I read ask questions but forget to update the answer.

I’ve only ever had one twin pregnancy, my biggest symptoms were achy arms - they felt like they were full of concrete. Also I had a bump for my 12 week scan! And extreme tiredness like I’ve never known before. Wishing you a successful pregnancy 🙂

For me personally, it was my first pregnancy so I didn’t know any different. I wasn’t nauseous but about a week before my period I literally looked like I’d had a breast enhancement. They completely changed shape and were very painful - sore breasts isn’t unusual for me around period time and they get firmer, but I literally looked like I had implants. The severe nausea kicked in about week 5 IIRC. I didn’t know it was twins until my 12 week scan and I’m glad I didn’t have any early scans as I would have been so worried about the outcome.

If you’ve had multiple twin conceptions in the past, that suggests you are prone to releasing multiple eggs each cycle which does make you more likely to conceive twins again.

You really can’t tell from symptoms alone.

Yes the fatigue in the first trimester was unreal - but I don’t think that started until week 5 or so.

I have twins and early pregnancy was no different to my singletons.
