Birth plan when having induction?

37+1 today. Being induced in 10 days (if I don’t go before then because my blood pressure isn’t very well controlled atm)
Bags packed, but I haven’t done a birth plan 🤔
Should i do 1?
If so what sort of things do I put on there?
This is dc4 and only really had a written birth plan with dc1 and that was because I had really bad SPD from 22weeks requiring crutches and at times a wheelchair! Physio suggested water birth would be best so I spent my pregnancy trying to get myself fit enough to get in and out the pool!

Spoke with MW yesterday and despite consultant saying they only want artificial rupture of membranes and no other intervention (dc2&3 came real quick soon after waters went) she says they will put a cannula in ready and probably end up giving me syntocin drip (I don’t want that but am open to it if she doesn’t come by herself!)
Anyway so I asked if I can request where they put the cannula - for my comfort! She said yes - do I put that on my birth plan?
Also what else? - help!
