I have put on so much weight since being pregnant and only nearly 5 months! I can’t stop snacking on rubbish, sweet cravings and my meals aren’t as healthy now, I feel like eating more carbs and things like sandwiches and pizza. Before I was slim and had worked so hard to lose my previous baby weight. I just can’t believe what I’ve done to myself, it’s physically obvious!
What do the other pregnant mamas eat different to normal? I need to construct a better diet. The tiredness doesn’t help and makes me crave the rubbish even more.
