3rd trimester - round ligament / pgp / pulled muscle?!

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced pain attributed to any of the above during third trimester?
I'm 30 weeks and have found sleeping more uncomfortable for the last 10 days or so. I think I've maybe turned over too quick or overstretched when ive woken up but have a pain on my lower abdomen, right side, under the bump around my hip. Its lingered all day today, like a mild ache / throbbing pain. Not bad enough to take painkillers or anything thankfully!

Anyone else experienced this?

I rang maternity assessment who were lovely and said it could be pgp, to take a hot bath and rest then give them a call back, which I will.

It just really feels like a pulled muscle and I'm wondering if round ligament pain is a think in the 3rd trimester? I'd read about it in earlier pregnancy but cant say I felt it then.

Would it ease if you had a pillow under your bump? I use the cheap wedge pillow from mothercare and find it makes a big difference.

I have PGP/SPD and it's between my legs and feels like something is slightly grinding instead of moving fluidly. It is worse if I sit/lie in a way that doesn't put my weight evenly on both sides of my body.

Round ligament pain is round the bump when you sneeze/laugh/stand up fast etc.

I dont have a wedge but I have one of the bigger pregnancy pillows that I'm going to try tonight, and will look at the wedge as an option if that doesnt work.

Now that you mention that, I think I did have flashes of round ligament pain in the beginning 🤦‍♀️

This does feel quite similar, just in one specific spot and more prolonged.

I had this yesterday and I'm at 27 weeks. Was quite painful and lasted two-three hours and then went away. Could be PGP or ligament pain from the uterus expanding. From what I've read it's quite normal but should be monitored if it lasts for more than 8 hours. I slept this evening with a pillow between my legs and am introducing pilates more regularly so maybe try that and see how it helps? Unfortunately from what I've read/heard it seems to be quite common!
