Could I be pregnant?

I took a pregnancy test and left it for a couple of days but when I checked again it had this? It’s only a cheap one but still has 2 lines which I’ve never seen before. I’m on the implant so I didn’t think it was possible. Can anyone help

Its invalid if left over the allotted time. The only way of knowing is to take another.

I am away on holiday at the moment but back Friday so I will take another one then

This happened to me did it Friday left it looked at it Sunday an it had 2 lines an now I'm 21 weeks. X
