Pregnant ladies in Northern Ireland - can we get coil during c section?

For various reasons, my twins will be delivered by elcs in two weeks.

I'm booked into the Ulster Hospital and the care I've received there is amazing! However does anyone know if we can get a copper coil fitted at same time as baby delivery? I can only find information in relation to fitting during section from Scotland.

I wasn’t allowed a coil until DS was twelve weeks old to allow the cervix to fully heal and close. I had a c-section too but the cervix still dilates slightly in order to bleed.

I find it frustrating that it's available in Scotland only!
