Hello,

I suffer from bad joint pain and it's been even worse since being pregnant. Is it okay to use deep freeze???

I have text my midwife but had no reply yet

I have spinal arthritis and yesterday my back gave up completely, I can barely move. I'm on codeine but rarely take it as it has no effect after being on such strong medication before pregnancy. I fly to Spain in the morning and I bought some deep freeze this morning after finding it in a booklet from inside my bounty folder from the hospital. It says pregnancy safe! I'm finding some relief but not too much. I'm 21 weeks. Hope this helps!
