Hi ladies,
First time mum to 2 week old baby girl. Just wanted to create a thread for us to share any tips or products you found really useful during/after pregnancy.

My absolute must have would be Spritz For Bits - I had an episiotomy and second degree tear and used this on my pad and sprayed directly onto myself and it was so cooling and soothing I can honestly say I didn't have one wincing moment when having a wee!

Secondly I used lush dream cream every other night on my bump and got absolutely no stretch marks - I know it can be genetic and anyone can get them but I think it really helped me! (Iv had them on my thighs for years so my body does get them)

Finally boots maternity pads and breast pads are the best ones I found! And Sainsbury's massive black pants!

I know I found threads like this really useful so any other hints and tips please add!

Thanks for posting! I keep seeing ads for the Spritz for Bits so it's great to hear first hand that it was useful 👍
