Mucus Plug 28 weeks? TMI Pic attached.

Sorry I’m advance for the extremely gross post.

For a few days I’ve been having bits of what I just thought was interesting discharge but just been to the loo and wiped and this was there. I’m only 28 weeks with my first, is this likely to be my mucus plug? Should I panic?

I would phone your midwife, apparently the mucus plus can regenerate and it is probably nothing to worry about, but it's definitely worth mentioning. It could also just be discharge, but better to err on the safe side.
