Hi,

I'm pregnant with my 2nd, and am currently 27 weeks and I keep getting waves of nauseousness. Doesn't last too long and it's not all day but it makes me feel horrendous!!

Can this be morning sickness in the 2nd trimester? I never really suffered from morning sickness during 1st trimester in either pregnancy

I've googled it and some pages mention pre-eclampsia. Now I'm really worried!

Anyone have this?? x

Generally nausea on its own even in the second trimester wouldn't really be a cause for concern, some of us are just unlucky. You could mention it to your midwife for reassurance though

I’m 25 weeks with my second and also didn’t have morning sickness in the first tri but have waves of feeling horrendous now. I think it can just be a dip in blood pressure that causes it. I would mention it at your next appointment if it’s not too far away!
