10dpo- are my symptoms promising?

I know I sound absolutely crazy hence why I’m on here and not telling my oh but I think I may be pregnant again after a mmc in April.
I’m only 10dpo but I’ve had some unusual symptoms for me on the run up to af.
Slight cramps, more like random shooting pain (usually get really bad cramps on the run up to af)
Majorly thirsty (I usually drink my body weight in coffee, but just interested in water over the past couple of days)
Hot flushes
Nausea
Fatigue
Dizzy (that’s only happened once to be fair)
I’ve just had my nails done and wanted to throw up at the smell of the varnish (never has this happened)
Food has tasted gross all day. Lunch tasted like nail varnish remover and tea was gross too. OH tasted both and said it was absolutely fine- it definitely wasn’t! 🤮
I don’t want to tell him anything until I know for certain as I know he would just get excited and I don’t want him feeling disappointed if af then comes. The mmc absolutely broke him. He has made a couple of comments about the sickness as I’ve only ever been sicky when pregnant but I’ve just passed it off “as a bug.”
Do these symptoms sound promising to anyone? X

I had a terrible thirst very early on! Totally forgot about that until I read this.
If he's noticed your symptoms then it's obviously out of the ordinary.
You could probably do a test quite soon! 😊

I’m trying to hold as long as I can. AF is due on Monday so trying to hold off as long as I can 😬
I just feel so different. It could be my body following the miscarriage to be honest but I’ve had two normal periods since so I wouldn’t have thought it would affect me this much?? X

Great, Mondays not far..although it will feel weeks away for you! It is hard to wait. I put off doing the cb digital until I did 2 other positive tests because I was still scared it would say 'not pregnant'.

Have a test, or 2 waiting for Monday lol I found frer to be good. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

I'm 6 weeks now, but I never had and still don't have the most promising symptoms.

The only things that stood out was

Getting hot flushes
Dizziness
A little nausea but nothing horrible
I had a nose bleed
Really dry, chapped lips and skin
Cramping
And I had brown spotting the week my period was due
I'm also slightly tired but it's bearable

It sounds promising. To be honest with those symptoms I would think a test might show by now.
I had terrible thirst too with my first DC. Also feeling lightheaded, one episode of bad dizziness laying in bed. Hot flushes (although that can happen with AF due too.)
