Itchy painful pimples on pregnant belly

Hi ladies!

20 weeks pregnant and I have these painful itchy pimples on my belly. Well, I wouldn't say they're pimples because I can't squeeze them as they hurt! Noticed them on Monday and have got a few more each day!

Does this look like PUPPP? I have a itchy face but a clear face!

I had this in my last couple of weeks, the doctor gave me piriton. I'll add, as a disclaimer, this was back in 1980 so things might have changed.

It looks like PUPPP to me. I have it, but only on the bottom of my legs. The doctor gave me emollient to use, and it does help along with a fan of cold air lol. I was told if it gets unbearable then to go back and get some steroid cream. Trying to ride it out though as I'm 37 weeks.

I also wash in oilatum which again does help with the itch.
