Getting all the symptoms

I'm so confused I have been getting all the symptoms of being pregnant (I have been pregnant before I have a 7 year old) been getting sore boobs, feeling sick, tiredness, and belly seems rounded and not as flat as my usual tummy... but all tests saying negative. I only came off the implant 2 weeks ago but I'm getting all the signs of pregnancy that I had with my daughter before ... any ideas ..?

It's probably just the change in hormones due to your implant being removed. X

Even laying on my front it feels like I shouldn't be if that makes sense ...
