The past 2 weeks ive felt nothing but nauseous and ill constantly from the minute i wake up to bed time it comes and goes but it mostly comes and stays for ages. I dread how ill i feel everyday. Has anybody else experienced this or have any suggestions to help. Im about 6 or so weeks. X

I was the same for the first few months. Ready Salted crisps helped me.

I'm afraid I don't have much good news OP as I'm 12 weeks and still suffering but on the plus side you do start to get used to it!

For me eating as soon as I got up helped, I used to keep dry crackers next to my bed and then eat little and often throughout the day.

Hope it eases up for you soon!

I had the same from week 6, spent 4 weeks in bed. It's very debilitating! Weight kept dropping. Was getting by on an orange a day. Would sometimes take the odd notion for something, maybe a certain type of crisp but by the time it was in front of me I couldn't touch it.

I got stemetil from the midwife eventually, got me through some tough days, only took them when I felt I couldn't deal with it any more.
It did start to lift week 14 & around 16 weeks it was just about gone.

Have whatever you can manage! Keeping some bland food in, crackers/crisps is always a good fall back.
I felt so guilty for a few days all I could have was a few sips of lucozade but the midwife was really understanding.

Sorry to hear you're feeling so bad 💕 just make sure you take care of yourself and stay hydrated. If you're struggling go to the dr they might be able to help. I've just been prescribed anti nausea tablets 🤞🏻 mine is constant nausea and dizziness all day (sort of like the feeling when you drink to much and lie down and the room spins) but this is all day and doesn't matter eyes open/closed stood up sat / lying down 😭
