Anyone else feeling grumpy?

Anyone else feel grumpy during pregnancy? I am in second trimester and just feel grumpy. I am sure partially due to the poor quality sleep I'm getting. As prior to pregnancy I was a major grump if I did not get my full 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Oh how I miss being able to sleep the night through.

@StarlightIntheNight- Yes!!! I’m 18+3 and feel grumpy a lot of the time. I find my brain cannot fully switch off and when I wake up in the night I’m
Paranoid about how I’m laying incase it hurts bubs 😂.
I guess it’s our bodies preparing? But I’m totally with you. I’m a 9-10 a night sleep girl so broken/interrupted sleep is alien to me. Think I’m in for a bit of a shock 😬 xx

LOL OP! You're in for a bit of a shock if you're grumpy when you don't get a full 8 hours sleep at night... Prepare to be grumpy for the rest of your life in that case; the newborn and baby days can be quite taxing on sleep!

mrsnair haha. I know. I have 2 dc already and a puppy. This is my third ;) However, I never experienced pregnancy insomnia before. I struggle to sleep, stay asleep, wake several times to pee a night then struggle to sleep. When I sleep quality is not good and I can not even fall asleep when trying to nap!! IT SUCKS!! Its like I am missing the chemical that allows me to drift off to sleep. I used to be able to easily take a nap daily (when kids are at school). And now I try and can't sleep. So Im constantly tired and grumpy. Some days are better then others. The worst day is when I have headache and muscle fatigue from the lack of sleep. SUCKS!!!! I am 18 weeks, so hoping it soon gets better. Never had this with my first two. And I know whats to come with a newborn, so I am hoping to get some good nights of sleep in before the little one arrives!

I'm almost 21 weeks and grumpy and have turned into a crier! I hardly ever cry usually.

On Monday I cried because my husband didn't want to go to McDonalds with me :-/

This morning I cried because a new t-shirt I bought without trying on first didn't suit me because of the colour. Lol.

27 weeks here and I think it's the heat more that anything making me grumpier. I keep wanting to throw a tantrum every time I drop anything as bending down to pick it up seems too much of an ordeal. And the dishes kept falling over as I was trying to stack them on the drainer but I just managed to refrain from throwing them across the room....

Omg yes!!!!. I don't feel so alone!! I'm so so so grumpy. Ive been looking forward to finishing work next week but spending everyday with my toddler might do my nerves in completely. I'm so grump with every thing! Same about dropping things. Oh my everything hurts too. I'm only 27 weeks.... How am I going to get through the next 3 months!?
