First baby...signs of imminent labour?

This is my first baby, I'm currently 38+1 and had a MW app today and was told i am 3/5 engaged. I had some strong and painful braxton hicks Friday evening for around 45 minutes but then they stopped. Since then i have had constant period like cramps, terrible backache, shooting pain in my lady area when i walk, pinky colour on the tissue when i wipe after having a wee and sickness. Could these be signs of imminent labour?
TIA :)

1/5 is fully engaged and 5/5 is not engaged at all. All these symptoms except the blood sounds likely your body is getting ready but it can be doing that for weeks. I don’t like the sound of the watery blood - I think you should ring the hospital ask them if it’s OK.

Could be - or it still could be weeks. Body sounds like it’s gearing up whatever the case. Good luck OP!
