6+3 feeling dizzy nauseous and shaky

Is anyone else feeling like this? I'm also feeling really cold like I want to wrap up in a blanket 😩 feel like I'm really struggling and wondering if anyone else is going through the same?

I had this not so long ago. Was in the post office and had to crouch down like a weirdo. Also felt colder than usual as if I was running a slight temperature.

I would suggest getting your iron levels checked

Thank you @Cosmogirl86 I'll see if they can get them checked. I'm due my b12 injection which is booked next week maybe that will ease it? 🤞🏻
