So in the mornings, my right nipple looks huge, not the areola but the actual nipple. It feels hard (not erect hard, just generally hard) to touch. This morning I was checking my breasts and the whole breast feels quite firm but no obvious pebble/lumps etc.

Is this a normal breast change?

Are you pregnant or has your baby arrived? It is normal for your breasts to feel hard when engorged with milk a few days after birth. What you describe can also be signs of infection/mastitis, but I dont think this is common during pregnancy. Is this your first baby?

@peamad I'm 20+3, first baby. Word a midwife call? Or GP?

Yes I would have a chat with your midwife. Breast changes are very normal in pregnancy but they should know if any of your symptoms warrant a GP check.
