Headache relief?

Any magic cures for a headache? I’m reluctant to take paracetamol. Am slathering on 4head. Anything else I can try?

I had this recently and the only advice was to drink more water as with my dates i was told that's when I was producing amniotic fluid (no idea if this is correct). When that really wasn't working I did speak to a pharmacist and I took a mild paracetamol. Thankfully the headaches went after a week. I think i was around 12/13 weeks. It's my second pregnancy and didn't have this with my first. Good luck x

I had headaches through first and second trimester (am now almost 29 weeks) and regular adult dose of paracetamol (2 tablets) plus extra fluids does take the edge of them. Unfortunately, for me at least, ibuprofen is usually far more effective for headaches than paracetamol but that’s all you can take unless your GP prescribes codeine.
