I suffer badly with hayfever during peak season. I just feel so out of it today... my eyes are red. I lose count of how much I sneeze, as a result
It’s making me feel all heady and a bit off balance. Is anyone else suffering too!!? X

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It's SO bad this year! Apparently it's an all time worst nationwide so lots of us are particularly struggling this year, it's rubbish!

I tried phernargen and it works a little better than other meds but noticed you posted in pregnancy and not sure if it's ok to take during.

Worth looking into for future if not now though.

I just bought some prevalin nasal spray from Holland and Barrett. All natural and suitable for use in pregnancy and breast feeding.

£9.99...I’m still sneezing and snotty but only done a couple of sprays so the jury’s still out!

I have allergies and my midwife and Dr told me that I can still take loritadine or certirizine

I’ve just felt dreadful today.... problem is nasal sprays don’t work for me. I’m going to have to contact Midwife if this continues and see what I can take.
I can’t believe how rubbish it’s making me feel, also I seem to have sprouted today. I’m 18+1 and for the first time feel really pregnant!!! X
