Hi,
I’m 19dpo and have been getting light to moderate cramps in my lower stomach and back accompanied with light pink spotting or light brown discharge.

I dont think this is normal and am worried

19 dpo - so you have missed a period by a few days, is that right? Have you taken a test?

Some light cramping and spotting can be normal, and with my current pregnancy I bled relatively heavily for a few weeks (assumed it was a period) and baby has been fine.

It's so hard not to worry but at this stage it's a waiting game.
