Might have eaten dodgy meat

This morning I threw up my breakfast which is fairly normal as I have been suffering with morning sickness almost daily with this pregnancy. Then I started to feel really hot and achey as well as tired & nauseous.

I had some cheese on toast for lunch and managed to keep it down for a bit but then it came back up and it was different to morning sickness sick ... if that makes sense?

My DH then confesses that he's thrown up today as well and the only thing we've both eaten was these beef burrito things he made last night.

I suspect the meat was dodgy but not sure what to do about it now? I'm 12 weeks tomorrow so any advice would be appreciated!

I would speak to your GP to be on the safe side. You will likely be absolutely fine, but I realise you have to be extra careful during pregnancy to avoid food poisoning. Drink plenty of fluids and try and eat plain foods like plain pasta, rice or dry toast and avoid anything fatty or citrus. X
