40+1 internal pain?

Hi, I'm a day overdue, I'm getting some sharp internal pains down there. Does anyone know what this may be? Early sign of labour or more likely a UTI or something?

Is this your first?
I’m expecting my second and get pains as he pushes his head down, only 35 weeks but they came later with my first. Do you know if baby is engaged?

If in doubt give your midwife/local unit a call.
