Loss of pregnancy symptoms at 5 weeks - what was the outcome?

I am 5+3 with a background of recurrent chemical pregnancy. Until yesterday I had been having quite strong nausea and boobs felt enormous and tender. Today I have woken up and feel back to my pre-pregnancy way and all symptoms have vanished. I don't have any bleeding or cramps. My previous losses were earlier than this and started with fading pregnancy test lines and having not really had any pregnancy symptoms. I was so hopeful initially that this pregnancy would be my rainbow but now all my symptoms have gone I am terrified.
Has anyone else been through something similar and what was the outcome?

Hi OP I don’t have any particular words of comfort for you other than I’m 4+6 and I am the same. Felt nauseous, sore boobs and exhausted for ages and woke up today feeling amazing! Which made me worry, I’ve looked into it and seems normal for the symptoms to come and go
Hopefully someone will be along with some positive stories!
