Hi all

I am 33 weeks and my midwife says baby is still breech. Any tips for helping her turn please. This is my first baby.

At 33weeks there should still be plenty of room to move so I wouldn't worry. But you could try the spinning babies website? Sorry I can't clicky link

Plenty of time to turn. My baby was breech right till end 38-39, i was booked in for section but went ahead with it even though they turned as they was turning on the scan still that late on, so was worried they would turn in labour and as I had a previous section it was safer to have another.

My baby was breech at 33 weeks. Had a scan at 34 weeks and she had turned head down 😊 I was so relieved!
The week in between I had done loads of walking up and down a very steep hill to get to my pharmacy as I needed to sort out my medication (Boots is literally in between my house and the car park so no point driving despite really struggling to walk lol)
And also with my work I spent a lot of time on my hands and knees - I’ve heard being on all 4s helps to get baby into position - so maybe try that? Good luck

I was told I was breech, had a scan and bavy was head down. Baby will still turn hopefully. Sit on your knees in downward dog position, put music on and relax
