Hey, I am 21 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I have had a constant dull headache, I am in the process of completing on buying a house so pretty stressed but the house move has been going on for weeks. Any ideas or tips? Thanks in advance

I'd start with upping water. Growing a baby takes heaps (f#!I loads) which is annoying as you just need to pee so much
even if you think your drinking enough it seems you need to drink more 😂
Since it's been quite a while tho also let midwife know in case it's anything else. Had everything been ok at midwife appts ? Blood pressure etc

4head worked amazing for me !!!

@Surfskatefamily I have started drinking more, hoping that it is just the water intake that is the issue. Probably the weather ain't helping, always muggy!! Everything has been fine at midwives appointments, will see how I get on over the weekend and contact them on Monday if no better

Try forehead strips, can't remember the correct name for them but they are cool gel strips that you stick on your head. Definitely speak to midwife if things get worse.

Just want to second the stick on forehead strips - I get hormonal migraines even when I'm not pregnant! One of those strips with a couple of paracetamol and a lay down really helps x

@SheldonSaysSo thanks, I will look at getting some tomorrow and definitely see the midwife if it continues
@froot thanks for the advice
