Hi guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice, no hate!

So yesterday - 22+6 I lost my plug, and since I've been having the kind of cramps you get when you have your period, and today I've had like a milky white discharge. Is this normal?

I lost my plug around this time with my eldest and had her 4 weeks later so I'm just a bit sceptical!

I had a cervix exam on Tuesday and was measuring normal at 33.8. I'm just curious and unsure if it's worth phoning MW as I know plug can grow back?

Given your history I would probably call your midwife.

Well if you've a history of premature labour then yes, I'd call the midwife or labour ward and explain your previous birth and that you're concerned it may happen again.

If it hadn't have happened last time then I'd have just said it can be totally normal. Which in most cases it is. My neighbour was the same earlier this year, lost the plug, had lots a bad cramp days and extra check ups but baby didn't come until 37/38 weeks.
