My boobs haven't got bigger - should I be concerned?

That's pretty much it.
I'm 28 weeks at the moment and for the first few months, my boobs were very tender, one of the first signs I was pregnant 🤗
That said though, I feel like all other pregnant women talk about their boobs becoming massive in pregnancy and mine really haven't changed in size. I wear a 38D bra comfortably, no change since pre-pregnancy.
I'm at the stage now where I'm wondering if it's normal, and not all mums to be get bigger? Is it a sign that I'm likely to have an issue with feeding or am I just being ridiculous and size wouldnt impact on that?
FTM so just keen to understand if anyone else has been in the same situation 🤔

Mine didn't get any bigger, even when my milk came in. I fed ds for two years so don't think there's anything to worry about on that front x

Size of breasts have nothing to do with feeding. Mine stayed a solid 32b before during and after both pregnancies and I had so much milk it was crazy!! Relax all will be fine!! And congratulations!!

Nothing to worry about. None of my female relatives were bigger than a AA after they had their babies and they all breastfed successfully until 6-12 months.

I have birthed and breastfed three babies. Boobs have never changed size.

Thanks all, that's reassuring. It felt like all i could see were big boob stories and started to feel abnormal 😂

Mine didn’t get bigger and I stayed the same bra size almost until the end. Only went up at the end because he was so big that my rib cage expanded and I needed a bigger band but cup size didn’t increase. No problems breastfeeding.

I am barely an AA cup and now on my 2nd pregnancy nothing has changed. Successfully breastfed DS until he was 14 months old!

NakedBrainStrollingInManhatten · 11/07/2019 21:30

My breasts didn't grow at all when I was pregnant with DS (despite growing rapidly with my previous pregnancies)

Now that I'm breastfeeding they have got slightly larger but not significantly.

I wouldn't worry, every person and every pregnancy is different.

Do you know if you're having a boy or a girl?

NewMama2Be · 11/07/2019 22:14

It's a girl!

Mine didn't either. I was barely an A cup. Fed my son for 16 months. They went up to a DD whilst I fed him that went down to a B

sianyb83 · 11/07/2019 22:36

With my first pregnancy my boobs only got bigger when breastfeeding - then deflated back to normal when breastfeeding stop! In second pregnancy now, I'm 28 weeks and have gone up 2 cup sizes!

TheHandsOfNeilBuchanan · 11/07/2019 22:43

Mine haven't really, bit squishier maybe and I've been BF for seven months now

emmskie03 · 11/07/2019 22:44

With my first there was no real change till baby was born. This time round at 28 weeks they have already got much bigger and are bloody uncomfortable so perfectly normal and I'm super jealous Grin
