Any nurses/doctors/pharmacist able to tell me why hydrocortisone is contraindicated in pregnancy?

as a cream (for eczema or insect bites) it's not contraindicated.
but recommendation is to use as little as necessary for as short as possible.
inhaled steroids can be fine as well.
