I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and suffering with severe headaches daily :( I've had one now since Monday morning until night. I'm drinking plenty water taking paracetamol. I spoke to midwife today who said it's totally normal and just hormonal . Has anyone else gone through or going through this? I'm fed up and it's really affecting me at work

I'm 14 weeks and going through the same. I had a headache last week that lasted 3 days now have another on its second day ☹️
All I've been doing is water and paracetamol, last week I went to bed straight after work at 7pm as I couldn't stand it.
Nothing else to offer really apart from you are not alone and hopefully it stops soon!!

I’m 28 weeks and, up till about 24/25 weeks was getting regular headaches - and, for me, paracetamol does absolutely nothing so I simply kept well hydrated, ate regularly and made sure I was getting some caffeine in my diet in case it was a reaction to reducing my intake. Blood pressure has been fine throughout too so I was told more than likely it was hormonal, the weather, straining my eyes or tiredness!!

Also 14 weeks and getting lots of bad heads which noisy 4 yo doesn't actually help with no matter how many times he assures me he's kissed me better.
Might be worth a blood pressure check if you can get in with midwife?

Thanks everyone , glad to know it's not just me and nothing to worry about *
I spoke to my midwife this morning she wasn't concerned.
